Expand your staff to manage workload changes, seasonal demand, large projects and more with SMART Staffing Group, Inc.. Every temporary associate is matched to your company and your specific needs. Temporary contracts can span days, weeks, months or longer.

Temp-To-Hire Placement

Hiring comes with risk, and temp-to-hire engagements allow you to look before you leap. Test a SMART Staffing Group, Inc. employee and keep the person on our payroll for the duration of the 90-day contract period. If the employee is a fit, then we will make the transition smooth and seamless. If not, there is no conversion fee.

Direct Placement
